We first reached out to Laura on a recommendation from our Builder for our new home. We had already engaged an architect and had a good floor plan, but really needed someone to help us pull it all together during the initial planning phase. If you have attempted a large remodel or built a new home, you know how overwhelming it can be, especially when you are going with an entirely new design style. Laura listened to our ideas, thoroughly reviewed our plans and helped us fill in the blanks. She was a part of interior decisions and exterior decisions. As it turned out, our plans had much room for interpretation and some big gaps. Laura developed drawings to help us visualize these important details. One of the first things she did was test fit furniture to our floor plans to make sure the rooms met our needs. Then she presented us with recommendations for materials, lighting, fixtures and cabinetry. She helped us work with some very high-end materials and also found some beautiful cost effective alternatives. We were especially happy with how she patiently worked with our children to make their bedrooms/bathrooms the spaces they will love for many years to come. Laura also suggested some unique design ideas in this stage that we love and make our home truly one of a kind.

Immediately after construction began, she worked on the furnishings package. She provided great options in alignment with our budget and provided some upgraded selections for key areas including fabrics and window treatments. We were able to make decisions during the presentation and easily adjust a few others. Laura stayed with us throughout the entire project. She made it easy. We have been in our home for just over a year now, and we truly love it! We love to entertain and use each and every inch.
